Stephanie Alex - Baker
I’m Stephanie, the baker behind La Clementina Cakes. I started my career in project management, but I always found myself drawn back to baking, so alongside my corporate job I trained in Pâtisserie at The Manchester College.
La Clementina Cakes grew from a love of beautifully made things, timeless celebrations and delicious cakes with a little character.
My aim is simple: to make cakes that look beautiful, taste delicious and become a lovely part of the memories you’re celebrating.
